Our Lawn Mowing Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 7 days of Receiving them. We typically send invoices on the last day of the month and they are due by the 7th. Late fees will be applied past 10 days from send date.
Service Days: We typically Will service your account on the same day each week, But we do reserve the right to move your day forward or backwards a day due to weather, staffing, equipment issues etc.
Rain days: Depending on the severity of the rain we will try to mow but if there is to much rain we will either skip that weeks service or just come by and blow off sidewalks and driveways. We will always ask the day of if you would like us to mow or not if there has been light Ian or rain within the past couple days. When calculating your monthly payment for maintenance we calculate an average of 48 visits per year to accommodate missed visits due to weather or smoke with the fires.
Dog Waste and Items in the yard: We understand that pets need to go outside but we ask that you please keep your pet waste cleaned up. We understand if there is waste from that morning but excessive waste will result in skipped service. We do provide Dog waste removal as a extra service. Please keep toys and such picked up or there will be a $10 charge to clean up before mowing.
Extra work: All extra work is billed at our hourly rate, in increments of 15 minutes when we are already at your property for service. If a special visit is required it would fit into our Minimum job cost for the work needed. We do offer 15% off of extra services up to $1000 per occurrence for being a maintenance customer.
100% Satisfaction guarantee: We strive to offer the best communication and service and we stand by it, but we unfortunately are not perfect and issues may arise, please contact us within 24hrs of service and we will correct the issue as soon as possible.
